Microblading & Semi Permanent Eyebrows Course Breakdown
Course breakdown
Courses begin with some home study, consisting of approximately 16 hours of research, including the completion of an online infection control course.
Completed pre study and course certificate are required at your initial training day, failure to comply will result in course cancellation.
Day 1 (Class based theory)
- Theory – An explanation of semi permanent makeup
- Health and safety – hygiene, sterilisation, technician
and client safety - Anatomy & Physiology – detailed analogy
- Consultations – recording personal data and

Day 2 (Class based practical)

Practice & Building Portfolio
Once your in-house training days have been completed you’ll leave with your kit. You’ll be given 4-6 weeks to practice the following stages as treatment preparation ONLY.
Stage 1
- Eyebrow mapping & colour section
(swash on the forehead) - Eyebrow drawing
Stage 2
- Pattern alignment and eyebrow drawing
on latex skin
10 case studies are required for each stage, please document by photo, emailing case studies for assessment. You’ll then receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, enabling you to progress and start building your portfolio of live models.
Please follow tutors direction, if you are required to retry either or both stages this is for your benefit and model safety and most definitely should not be ignored.
Once you have passed both stages you can begin working on live models.
Stage 3
- Live model work, an expectation of 10 models documented by photo, printed and attached to the necessary paperwork for each submission
- Your portfolio is to be presented at your final assessment day. Suggested completion time is approximately 12 weeks. The date will be confirmed and agreed by both parties at you initial training day
Please ensure both consultation form and model consent form are completed fully for each model. Please take clear before and after pictures, these MUST be attached to all relevant written documents. Your portfolio will be marked as part of your final assessment. Failure to complete fully will result in failing your assessment.
Final Assessment Day
You will be expected to complete a full eyebrow treatment on a consenting model.
You will be expected to complete the treatment without any guidance. You will not be led by your tutor.
You will be expected to answer a variety of questions on an ad hoc basis throughout the day in order to display knowledge and safety.
The outcome of your final assessment will be disclosed on the day, with detailed feedback. Should you tutor deem necessary, you may be required to complete another assessment day.
Certificates will be issued at your assessment day on successful completion.
Prerequisite for Microblading and SPM training:
Bespoke Brows require students to have the ability to maintain an eyebrow through shaping, tinting, trimming and waxing or threading.
If you do not hold the above qualifications we would suggest you complete our 3D Brows course in order to progress.
There is no prerequisite for any of our eyebrow maintenance courses.

Tattoo Removal

Safe, effective, non laser tattoo removal is perfect for unwanted, tired, discoloured semi permanent eyebrows. This technique can also soften brows that have been placed too deep into the dermis resulting in heavy, blurred pigment. Salt & saline can remove unsymmetrical, poor work in order to create a more desirable brow, this highly sought after technique can also remove conventional tattoos from the body. You will learn both salt & saline removal as well as rejuvi removal for heavier tattoo inks.
This training course has been designed for experienced semi permanent makeup artists and retails between £50 – £120 per treatment.

3D Signature Brows £350

Create highly defined eyebrows with this simple yet effective treatment demonstrated by Elite Artist and Senior Educator. Students will observe tutor demonstrating this finely tuned technique on a live model. Measuring/shaping, tinting, waxing, plucking and trimming.
This treatment retails at £25 with product cost as low as £1.50 providing you with a whopping profit margin of £23.50 per client. Doing as little as 4 clients a day, over 5 days will give you a turnover of £24,440 annually.

Brow Lamination £350

Learn this brand new innovative brow sculpting treatment designed to give perfect fluffy highly desired eyebrows. Lamination provides a long lasting solution to unruly hairs by fixing the brows into the desired position, providing your client with a long lasting sleek eyebrow. This is a must have treatment and is taking the beauty industry by storm.
Students can make notes and ask questions throughout. Students will be expected to work on each other and are required to adhere to patch testing rules 48 hours prior to training day. Failure to do so can result in course cancellation.
This treatment retails at £45 with product cost as low as £3 providing you a whopping £42 profit per client.
Doing as little as 4 treatments weekly will generate £7,904 annually.

Henna Brows £350

This vegan friendly eyebrow treatment will give you a bold, long lasting highly defined brow. Providing you with a great alternative to regular tint. This will open up a whole new client base allowing them to enjoy a fuller more desirable brow. No chemicals or conventional dyes involved. Henna is made with leaves from the lawsonia plant, sourced in the middle east. Although this is a plant based treatment you are still expected to patch test 48 hours prior to training in order to give and revive treatments.
